Vitae Foundation is hosting a Pro-Life Benefit Dinner to be held Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson. The featured speaker Claire Culwell’s birthmother had become pregnant at the age of 13 and her mother took her to an abortion clinic where she had a surgical abortion. After realizing a few weeks later that she was still pregnant, her birthmother found an out-of-state late-term abortion clinic to do a second abortion.  The clinic informed her that she had been pregnant with twins ... ONE WAS ABORTED; ONE SURVIVED.  It was too late to do a second abortion. In telling her story, Claire speaks up for the unborn so that they can receive the same gift of life that she has.
